OXEEN Store Policies (Ontario – Canada)

By purchasing from OXEEN, the customer agrees that they have read and accepted all terms and conditions listed below. These policies are written according to the commercial and consumer protection standards of Ontario, Canada.

1. Return Policy

Non-Perishable (Dry Goods)

  • Returns are accepted within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unopened

    • In original packaging

    • In resellable condition

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Perishable, Refrigerated, or Frozen Goods

In accordance with Ontario food safety regulations, these items cannot be returned, unless:

  • The item is spoiled, damaged, or unsafe to consume

  • The issue is reported on the same day of delivery or pickup

  • Valid proof (photo or video) is provided

If approved, we will issue store credit or a replacement item.

2. Delivery Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM → processed and prepared the same day

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM → processed the next business day

York Region Delivery

  • Orders over $100Free delivery within 24 hours

  • Orders under $100 → delivery fee applies

  • Customers must be available at the confirmed delivery time

  • Customer presence at the store is not required. Pickup is optional and not mandatory.

3. Warehouse Pickup (By Appointment Only)

  • In-person pickup is available only with a prior appointment

  • Appointment times must be booked through the Appointment page

  • Customers must review all pickup rules before arrival

  • Walk-ins or unbooked visits cannot be accommodated

4. Business Hours

  • Monday to Saturday: Open

  • Sunday: Closed

  • Ontario Statutory Holidays: Closed

Any changes to business hours will be announced on the website.

5. Ordering and Payment

  • Product prices may change depending on inventory and market conditions

  • Full payment is required at the time of order

  • If a purchased item becomes unavailable, the customer may choose a refund or a replacement product

  • Payment for perishable items must be completed before or at the time of delivery

6. Privacy Policy

  • OXEEN complies with the Canadian PIPEDA privacy regulations

  • Customer information is used solely for order processing, customer support, and loyalty programs

  • Information will not be shared with third parties without customer consent

  • All website data is protected with SSL encryption

7. Disclaimer

  • Product images may differ slightly from actual packaging

  • Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions or operational delays

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or customer absence may result in additional fees
